This is the approach I draw on in my coaching: it sees the problem as a starting point for building solutions.
So what does a coach do? A coach doesn't hand you answers. A coach walks with you and helps you find the right questions to bring them out.
Coaching is not therapy. I don't deal with diagnoses, psychological disorders or clinical paths.

About me
My name is Giulio Zordan.
I discovered coaching while studying, and it has never stopped fascinating me since. Today I want to put it at the service of those who want to discover themselves and grow, especially younger people, with all the seriousness with which I learned it.
The right people, with the right questions, can change the way someone looks inside themselves.
I learned it by being with others, long before I knew it was called coaching. Today, among a thousand voices and a thousand stimuli, the hardest thing is to stay in touch with what you truly want. That's why I believe in coaching: it doesn't add more voices, it makes space for yours.
I walk alongside those who want to dream, to look for their own answers, to put themselves back at the center of their own life.
